I’m Dr. Andy, a seasoned leader with over 25 years of experience in technology leadership across various industries, including healthcare, finance, consulting, pharmaceuticals, and oil and gas. As my career progressed, I discovered a passion for developing individuals and helping them achieve their goals.
Having had the privilege of living and working in five different countries and interacting with people from over 40 nationalities, I thrive in multicultural environments. Being a leader myself, I intimately understand the pressures and challenges faced by today’s leaders and have successfully navigated similar obstacles.
Motivated by these experiences, my commitment lies in leadership development, focusing on building resilience, self-awareness, and driving positive change. My journey as a leadership coach has been most rewarding in Equatorial Guinea, where I guided a leadership intern to become a successful senior leader managing a team of 60 employees across three organizations.
